Suspect arrested for dumping used oil into storm drain
HOUSTON, Texas — A man has been arrested after authorities say he poured used oil into a storm drain in Harris County. On July 19, 2024, while on patrol, a sergeant with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed oil on the ground leading to a storm drain in the 23900 block of Spring Briar Lane. Further investigation revealed that Ramiro Valdez, age not specified, of Houston, Texas, was responsible for the unauthorized discharge.
