ACM Awards Returning To Texas In 2025 With Reba Hosting

Running it back. This morning, Reba McEntire officially announced that she'll be returning as host of the ACM Awards show, which is slated to return to Texas in 2025. It will take place on May 8th, 2025 at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas like it did last year, though it will be an extra special year with the show celebrating its 60th anniversary. Reba shared the news on social media this morning, and while the ACM's are usually nothing to write home about in general, I think she's a great host and could do it better than probably anyone else in country so it's a great fit (plus she has a new sitcom, Happy's Place , to promote): "Hey everyone, it's Reba. If you watched this years ACM Awards, you know, I told you, I'd be back to host again next year. And as your returning ghost, I'm excited to announce that the 60th ACM Awards will be returning to Texas and Prime Video on May 8th, 2025. It's gonna be an absolutel can't-miss show, and I can't wait to be there with you." Nominees, performers and presenters won't be announced until much closer to time, though once again I say that if we're having this kind of show in Texas, there should at least be a few real Texas country artists performing and being part of the show. The 2025 ACM Awards will also stream on Prime Video again.
