Glushakow honored as CSC Academic All-American
GREENWOOD, Ind. – After an excellent Sea Gull career, defensive midfielder Braden Glushakow of the Salisbury University men’s lacrosse team was picked for an exclusive group of stellar student-athletes, landing on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America First Team on Wednesday afternoon. Glushakow, a graduate student from Hebron, Md., represents the 50th Academic All-American in the history of Salisbury athletics. Playing for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Derrick Mayes from Cincinnati, Ohio just finished his collegiate playing days and will now continue his baseball career joining the MLB Draft League which plays from early July until September games for a total of 50 games.
