June 20 Alachua County Development Review Committee Meeting

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, June 20, 2024, in the Jack Durrance Auditorium at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.

The Committee will take public comments in person only. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12. The public may view the meeting on the AC TV app (Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), and the County’s Video on Demand website .

The Rock Church Administrative & Storage Buildings – This is a Revised Final Development Plan to amend current approved plans to add a youth/administrative building and storage building north of the paved parking on approximately 7.75 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 04322-000-000 at 10901 W. Newberry Road.

Farms of Kanapaha PD Lot 10 – This is a revised plat for a lot split of Farms of Kanapaha Planned Development – Lot 10 per the Planned Development Allowances on 11.78 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 07347-010-001 at 7128 SW 93rd Avenue.
