Man wanted after stabbing at Gallatin Walmart

GALLATIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities are searching for a man wanted in connection with a stabbing at a Gallatin Walmart Tuesday morning.

The stabbing happened at the Walmart on Nashville Pike around 6 a.m.

Gallatin police reported Larry Wayne Cole III stabbed his husband and then drove away. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

Cole was last seen in a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta with a personalized license plate “LARRY.”
