City of Odessa unveils multi-million-dollar reconstruction project
ODESSA, Texas — The City of Odessa has announced a reconstruction project that spans from W. 2nd Street to W. Pool Road, with a full reconstruction of Crane Ave that includes the removal and replacement of plan-specified sidewalks, valley gutters, and curbs and gutters, according to a press release from the City of Odessa.

MIDLAND, Texas — A preliminary plat for Zoo Midland has been approved by Midland Planning and Zoning. This plat, which will be called the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, is a different site from the actual zoo site.
