    K-9s track down vehicle break-in suspects in Gastonia: Police

    GASTONIA, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — Two K-9s are being credited with tracking down a pair of suspects accused of breaking into vehicles outside a Gastonia housing development, Gastonia Police announced on Monday.

    Officers responded to calls regarding several car break-ins involving people in ski masks in a black vehicle at a housing development off Old Dallas Highway.

    The vehicle was located and the suspects attempted to flee on foot into the woods. Gastonia Police said K-9 Taco was able to track down a juvenile suspect while K-9 Bo tracked down the other suspect. Both suspects, who have not been identified, were arrested.

    Charges have not yet been released.
