OWOSSO, Mich. (WILX) - After nearly an hour of going on sale, tickets for Owosso’s North Pole Express ride are sold out. Tickets went on sale at noon on July 25. The trips do not begin until November. The train departs from the Steam Railroading Institute for a round trip to the Village of Ashley’s Country Christmas.
