Monday, 7:40 a.m., no injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident on South Union Street near West Riverside Drive. A vehicle operated by Spencer M. Elliott, 38, of Cuba, was making a turn when it reportedly struck a vehicle operated by Dylan P. Carls, 34, of 472 Route 16. Elliott was subsequently cited for failure to yield right-of-way and unlicensed operator, infractions.
