92nd Hinsdale Alumni Dinner Dance set for July 13
HINSDALE — The 92nd annual Hinsdale Central School Alumni Dinner Dance will be held July 13 at the Hinsdale American Legion. The 50-year anniversary class to be honored this year is the Class of 1974. Other anniversary classes to be honored are: Class of 1949, 75 years; Class of 1954, 70 years; Class of 1959, 65 years; Class of 1964, 60 years; Class of 1969, 55 years; Class of 1979, 45 years; Class of 1984, 40 years; Class of 1989, 35 years; Class of 1994, 30 years; Class of 1999, 25 years; Class of 2004, 20 years; Class of 2009, 15 years; Class of 2014, 10 years; and the Class of 2019, five years.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Scio, Allegany County, New York, will meet at the Town Hall, in Scio, New York, in said Town, on July 10, 2024, at 5:30 o’clock Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing upon a certain map, plan and report including an amended estimate of cost prepared in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of the Scio Water District in the Town of Scio, Allegany County, New York, being the replacement of the water storage tank and reconstruction of water mains and related facilities, including original furnishings, equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, and incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith. The new maximum estimated cost of the aforesaid increase and improvement of the facilities of the Scio Water District in the Town is $2,850,000, consisting of an increase of $300,000. Said capital project has been determined to be a “Type I Action”, pursuant to the regulations of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation promulgated pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”), the implementation of which as proposed, it has been determined, as such, will not result in any significant environmental adverse impact.
