14-year-old robbed CTA passenger at gunpoint, police say
CHICAGO — A 14-year-old boy was part of a group that robbed a CTA passenger at gunpoint earlier this summer, police said Thursday. The robbery occurred around 11:10 p.m. on June 25. Police said the 14-year-old and two other males who remain at large followed a 33-year-old man from a Red Line train at Sox-35th. Once they reached the sidewalk, the three displayed a gun and took the man’s valuables.
