Warrior Volleyball Outlasts Hastings Behind Forgach Aguilar’s Career-High 27 Kills
SEWARD – Juliauna Forgach Aguilar and the rest of LC State Volleyball bounced back in a big way on Saturday with a 3-2 (25-23, 24-26, 25-23, 22-25, 18-16) victory over Hastings (Neb.). The junior outside hitter had one of the best performances of her career to help the Warriors come away with a win after a back-and-forth battle with the Broncos. The Warrior defense put in work with a staggering 113 digs which ranks sixth in the LC State record book.
AARP grant funds Lincoln 'Digital Literacy' project for seniors
(Lincoln) -- Many seniors report using technology on a regular basis but those who do not risk missing out due to its role in so much of daily life. "Digital Literacy," a collaborative project in Lincoln, aims to help older Nebraskans strengthen their digital skills. The City of Lincoln's Aging Partners received an AARP Community Challenge grant of just over $20,000 for the project.

OPD: 21-year-old driver, teenage passenger arrested after chase leads to crash at gas station
OMAHA, Neb. — Omaha police arrested two people after a chase that led to a crash on Sunday. Police say a large crowd dispersed in the area near 20th and Vinton streets. OPD says detectives saw a driver commit a traffic violation and tried to pull him over. It says the driver took off at a high rate of speed.
