LA CROSSE, Wis. — The Mississippi River's wtaer levels continued to drop upriver on Wednesday. The National Weather Service's (NWS) monitor in La Crosse appeared to show that it's topped out in La Crosse at nearly 15 feet high. NWS said levels are expected to remain there for several days.
