Cole Swindell Reminisces On Rush Of Emotions When A Love Story Begins

Cole Swindell reminisced on the rush of emotions at the beginning of a love story with the upbeat anthem he debuted on Friday (July 19).

The award-winning country star released “One Day,” a bright, toe-tapping single that sees the narrator meeting his romantic interest and envisioning their future together. The song arrives shortly after Swindell married Courtney Little Swindell in an intimate ceremony in Sonoma, California . The newlyweds traveled to Turks and Caicos for their honeymoon, and returned home to host a surprise wedding reception for about 250 guests outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Swindell said on The Bobby Bones Show in 2021 that his first date with Little was on the set of his music video for “Some Habits,” which premiered in September of that year.

Swindell’s “One Day” follows “Forever To Me,” the heartwarming ballad that served as the Georgia-born country artist’s wedding song.
