99-Year-Old Home Sells for Over $1 Million in Buffalo
A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
Construction Watch: 138-142 Seneca
David Robida’s DRGK Properties LLC is converting 138-142 Seneca Street into residential and commercial space. Sixteen parking spaces and a 3,703 sq.ft. addition are proposed at the rear of the buildings. Permits have been approved to stabilize and shore the interior and exterior of the buildings and to install a new roof.
