    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of self-rising flour
    • 1/2 cup of butter
    • 1/2 cup of milk
    • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 (6-ounce) package of pepperoni slices
    • Any other toppings you like

    Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and butter. Use your hands to mix until it forms a dough.

Add the milk and continue to mix until everything is well combined.

Press the biscuit dough into a well greased skillet to form the crust.

Sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder over the top of the crust.

Place the skillet on the stovetop over low heat and cover with a lid. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust has browned, then flip the crust over with a spatula.

Next, spread the pizza sauce over the crust, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni slices or diced vegetables.

Place the lid back on the skillet. Cook for about 15 minutes longer, or until the crust has browned and the cheese is melted.

Alternatively, you can bake the pizza in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

    Enjoy!
