    Glastonbury police looking for 2 people who nearly hit officer

    GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — The Glastonbury Police Department is looking for two people accused of nearly hitting an officer while fleeing a traffic stop in a car with a fake license plate.

    Police said the traffic stop happened on Sunday, July 14, near the Cotton Hollow Preserve. The man and woman were in a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with the Connecticut temporary marker 92F4343.

    The pair took off, nearly hitting an officer, police said.
