Audacy Reaches Deal To Settle With Philadelphia Suburb Over Unpaid Taxes.
Audacy has entered a settlement agreement with Lower Merion Township, PA in which the company will pay out more than $2 million to permanently resolve claims of unpaid taxes. The notice, filed last week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Texas, requires no admission of wrongdoing and includes a mutual, general release of any related claims.
