Bardea owners to add Italian restaurant at DE.CO food hall in Wilmington
The operators of Bardea Food & Drink plan to open a new Italian restaurant this fall in DE.CO, a food hall in the building housing Chemours and the Hotel DuPont. Scott Stein, Chef Antimo DiMeo and Pino DiMeo partnered again with Buccini Pollin Group in developing the restaurant. Bardea Chef Antimo DiMeo has been nominated “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic" in 2022 by the James Beard Foundation.
