Westbound E-line trains were stopped and sent backward after what L.A. Metro called a “train-car incident” on Wednesday afternoon, which reportedly left one injured. The crash occurred around 1 p.m. near the Expo/Western station, two blocks from USC campus. One passenger on the train involved in the collision said the car’s driver attempted a U-turn, leaving the metro with no room to stop, resulting in a collision.
