GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (WWTI) – The weather has become the Watertown Rapids biggest adversary in the month of July.

The Rapids were rained out for a second straight day on Tuesday after severe weather called off their Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League matchup against the Glens Falls Dragons at East Field.

MLB will consider whether to return to club uniforms in All-Star Game

There’s no scheduled makeup date and the two teams are slated to play each other again this season. The Rapids were rained out on Monday when they tried to host the Boonville Lumberjacks.

Watertown will try to get their first home game in today when it hosts the Oneonta Outlaws at 6:30 p.m. at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds. The Rapids have been on the road since July 6 due to the Jefferson County Fair.
