New homeowners helped with $104,000 in closing cost assistance
Officials of the Media Fellowship House (MFH), 302 S. Jackson St., Media, recently announced that 17 first-time homebuyers were recipients of closing cost assistance that totaled $104,000. In a release, MFH said it “continues to make a significant impact on the lives of low- and moderate-income families by providing comprehensive housing counseling services. In the past year alone, MFH has provided prepurchase counseling to over 150 households” including support to the 17.

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Mount Laurel Crossing, a 296-unit community in the Philadelphia suburb of Mount Laurel. Colony Hills Capital, an investment management firm based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, purchased the asset for $80 million. JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.
