LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The man who escaped from the Lincoln Regional Center on Tuesday morning was arrested after leading authorities on a coal train pursuit. On Thursday morning, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office said they believed Justin Daro, 47, was at a house in Ulysses, Nebraska, 17 miles north of Seward.
