Well, we looked at some of the teams and how they have built their rosters, but it's all D2, and as a result fortunes change quickly. Teams that had a somewhat breakout season in 2023 get moved down a little as we wait to see if it was just a one-off.

During my childhood, when my family visited relatives “across the river,” in Bayou Plaquemine, Bayou Goula, Caddo, the Pointe, and White Castle, my siblings and I would sometimes race up and down the levees, some distance away from the cows grazing there.
