Houston TX Hot Chicken is set to spice up the local dining scene with the grand opening of its newest location at 238 Fifth Avenue in San Diego's Gas Lamp District on Saturday, August 24. The Southern-inspired eatery will offer a tantalizing menu featuring cheesy hot chicken sandwiches and its signature hot chicken served between two Belgian waffles.

The restaurant will welcome guests from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The extended hours aim to accommodate late-night diners and those seeking a flavorful experience at any time of day.

Christian and Melissa Couch, the owners of the San Diego franchise, expressed their enthusiasm about the new location. “We cannot wait to bring our distinct flavors and organic, quality chicken to San Diego,” said Christian Couch. “We instantly fell in love with the food, the brand, and the vibe, and we knew San Diego would, too. It’s been an exciting journey to bring HHC to one of our favorite cities in the world.”
