Vandals target vehicles in Odessa with BB guns, police say, damaging about 12 vehicles
ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department is warning the public about a series of vandalisms that occurred last night in North and Northeast Odessa. Approximately a dozen incidents of criminal mischief were reported, where unknown subjects used a BB gun to shoot out vehicle windows, according to a press release from the department. All the vehicles were parked and unoccupied during the time of each incident.
Man arrested for having stolen police property in his possession
ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Andy Anderson, 42, has been arrested on multiple charges related to two burglaries and false identification. According to an arrest affidavit from Midland County, in August of 2023, when executing a search warrant on Anderson’s storage unit, investigators found a Sig Sauer P220, two Texas Drivers Licenses and an Odessa Police Department Badge.
