Cullman City Council moves forward on Depot Park, civic center projects
CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman City Council on Monday approved improvements to Depot Park and the new OmniPlex Sports and Civic Center project. The council accepted a $335,988 bid for a “large shade structure” in the park from Great Southern Recreation, and a $191,860 bid for landscaping and irrigation from Bright Landscapes, LLC. Landscaping and irrigation at the OmniPlex were also awarded to Bright Landscapes, in the amount of $366,140.
