City of Oronoco rejects proposal for new housing developments
ORONOCO, Minn.-The first phase of a 136 housing unit construction project from Hamilton Real Estate was rejected by Oronoco City Council on Thursday, July 26 by a vote of 4-1. City Administrator Jason Baker said that the first phase of construction, which would have built around 107 single family homes, town homes, duplexes, and quadplexes near Cedar Point Drive SE, was rejected due to city council members wanting more time to review changing zoning rules.
