Woman shot multiple times in Nashville, suspect at large
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - An investigation is underway after a woman was shot multiple times on Friday morning, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. The shooting occurred at a residence on the corner of East Trinity Lane and Luton Street, just after 10 a.m. The woman was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

The nomination window for the CMA Touring Awards opens today, but the CMA is adding a voting round before this year’s final ballot. After the nomination round, a second ballot will allow eligible CMA Professional voting members to vote for up to five candidates in each of the 20 award categories.
