The Fuzion 08 opened up the Southeast National Tournament in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday going 2-0. Layla McBride was the winning pitcher in Game 1 giving up just 1 run after 5 innings with 6 strikeouts in a 4-1 win over the Ohio Pride. During the game, the Fuzion players were wearing special green and purple hair ribbons in support of Windsor/Stew-Stras who lost 3 incoming freshmen in a tragic side by side accident last week.
