Atlas Tower 1, LLC proposes construction of tower
Public Notice – City of Livingston Atlas Tower 1, LLC proposes the construction of a 195 ft. self-supporting, lattice communications tower (200 ft with appurtenances) located on Parcel Number 24508, in Livingston, TX 77351 , in the Polk County Census area, at latitude 30° 43’ 3.687” (NAD83) and longitude -94° 54’ 57.2256” (NAD83). The proposed tower will not require lighting for FAA aviation safety . Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc. gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number A1284497. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission.
