GALVESTON, Texas — A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged Tuesday, a day after he's accused of beating another man who was found along the Seawall. Trevor Tedore, of Sugar Land, was arrested in League City. He's charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
