Goodyear's Abel Ranch community grand opening coming May 4

Meritage Homes will host a Grand Opening event on May 4th for a gated community near the Pebble Creek and Sedella communities in Goodyear.

The community, Abel Ranch, will feature eight floorplans, a park, fitness stations, walking trails, and more.

The price for homes starts at $438,990 and varies in size from 1,874 to 2,776 square feet. The community will house 263 homes.
