Goodyear celebrates industrial development with groundbreaking

The City of Goodyear celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony June 24 of industrial development Formation Park 10, located at the corner of Bullard Avenue and Celebrate Life Way. Representatives from urban developer Formation Interests, Crescent Real Estate group and contractor Willmeng Construction hosted the ceremony with Goodyear Mayor Joe Pazzillo.

The project is at its first phase, which consists of developing 427,000 square feet across two buildings and creating a large park for future tenants and the surrounding community.

Formation CEO Adam Herrin said his company chose the Goodyear site for the proximity to freeways, surrounding amenities and the potential for growth in the area. Formation Park 10 is one of many new businesses and developments to the city.
