Goodyear, Litchfield Park announce back to school schedules

Goodyear and Litchfield Park students are enjoying their last few days of summer break before heading back to school in early August.

The four public school districts serving the communities have different start dates and open houses to kick off the fall semester.

Litchfield Elementary School District:

• First day of school, Monday, Aug. 5

• First day of class for freshman, Monday, Aug. 5
• First day of class all students, Tuesday, Aug. 6

Buckeye Union High School District:

• Freshman orientation and lunch, Tuesday, Aug. 6
• First day of school, Wednesday, Aug. 7
