Stone Inks Free Agent Deal with Toronto Blue Jays
DURHAM, N.C. – Duke baseball senior catcher Alex Stone signed a free agent deal with the Toronto Blue Jays, following the 2024 MLB Draft. The two-time ACC Champion closed the 2024 campaign with a .312 batting average in 247 plate appearances. He scored 45 runs, collected 77 hits, 32 for extra bases, and drove in 59 RBI on the year.
