Fall is still a month or two away, but registration for certain fall sports is available now.

Regular registration for youth soccer has been open since Wednesday, July 3 and will remain open until Sunday, Aug. 18. Late registration will be for the final three days from Aug. 18 until Tuesday, Aug. 20.

The fall soccer season is for U4 through U14 and runs from Saturday, Sept. 7 through Saturday, Oct. 26. Regular registration cost is $70 for U6-U14, $50 for U4 and $40 for travel team only players. Late registration costs range from $60-80 based on the age range.

The league is put together by Graham Sports Authority and registration can be found at grahamsportsauthority.com. Payments are made by credit card only, as cash and checks are not accepted. In addition to youth registration, parents are encouraged to sign up as volunteers and coaches.

The website contains a list of equipment that players will be required to have by the start of the season. Players will need a ball sized for their age — U4-U8 need size three, U10 and U12 need size four and U14 needs size five.

Jerseys will be provided by Graham Soccer Association and will determine the color of equipment needed for the rest of the uniform such as socks and shorts. Players will need shin guards, soccer cleats or tennis shoes and a water bottle for practices and games.

Most of the games throughout the season are scheduled for Saturdays, but occasional weekday games may be required to complete the schedule in the event of weather or other issues. The soccer league will do its best to schedule around Graham Little League Football games for players that hope to participate in both.

Teams will be created the week after registration closes and coaches will reach out to parents with more information on games, team colors and practice schedules. Requests for teams or coaches will not be accommodated due to recreational compliance with North Texas State Soccer Association regulations.

As a new school year comes around, the Graham soccer league provides a recreational outlet for youth and everyone in the age groups listed are encouraged to sign up.
