47-year-old shot and killed at Burton party store
BURTON, Mich. (WJRT) - A 47-year-old man is dead after a shooting at a party store along the Burton-Flint city limits Friday. The shooting was reported shortly after noon at the 10 Eleven convenience store at 3280 Lippincott Blvd. Burton Police Chief Brian Ross said the 47-year-old victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead.
Deadly crash closes Flint Township intersection Friday
FLINT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJRT) - At least one person died after a crash on Beecher Road in Flint Township on Friday. The crash was reported around noon at the intersection of Beecher and Gilbert roads, which is a short distance west of the I-75 overpass. Photos from the scene showed a car and pickup truck that collided near the intersection.
