Nick “Chewie” Chard, owner of Pizza Quest in Fennville, was on his way to the restaurant Thursday, July 25, when he attempted to avoid a deer in the road. Fake nurse loses bond after skipping sentencing hearing, court documents show
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An Allegan County woman who pleaded guilty to committing identity theft to work as a registered nurse allegedly skipped her sentencing on Tuesday. As a result of Leticia Gallarzo's absence, U.S. District Judge Paul L. Maloney revoked the 49-year-old's bond, according to court records obtained by News Channel 3.
