Georgetown City Council approved a zoning amendment to make way for a new townhome development. (Parks Kugle/Community Impact) In a move that further develops an area slated for mixed density neighborhoods, the Georgetown City Council approved rezoning property at 400 CR 152 from an agricultural zoning district to a townhome zoning district at its July 9 meeting.
