GREEN BAY — Cast Iron Grill restaurant is for sale, as is the house attached to it, in a two-for-one combo deal.

The house and restaurant, located at 5204 Sunset Bluff Drive in the outskirts of Green Bay — on the way to Door County — are listed for sale on Loopnet. This two-story, four-bedroom home has only one bathroom, but it also has four garage spaces and a car lift. Meanwhile, the restaurant, attached to the front of the house, is fully equipped.

The restaurant can comfortable set up to 100 people. In total, the restaurant and house add up to 3,782 square feet, and the property is listed for $349,000.

Nicole Wooton, real estate agent in charge of the listing said the property can also be repurposed into an art gallery, bike shop or something else.

"It doesn't have to be a bar or restaurant," she said. "It had a liquor license, but the new owner would have to reapply for that."

The house features an open-concept main level with two bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a lofted ceiling and patio doors leading to a small deck.

Interested parties can call Wooton at 920-905-5750.
