GREEN BAY - Samantha Wagner has been appointed judge for Brown County Circuit Court Branch 4, according to Gov. Tony Evers office.

The moves comes after Judge Kendall M. Kelley resigned three years into his six-year term. Kelley spent over 20 years on the bench.

Wagner, of Allouez, has worked in the Brown County County Corporation Counsel’s Office since 2012 and is currently the lead assistant corporation counsel. She is also Brown County’s HIPAA compliance officer and the chair of the county’s supervised release committee.

“From her involvement with the Brown County Family Recovery Court to her involvement in the community, Samantha Wagner is committed to improving people’s lives,” Evers said in a news release.
