Green Bay Packers Predicted To Go Over 9.5 Win Total

There may not be a team in the NFL entering the 2024 offseason with as much momentum as the Green Bay Packers. They are looking to build upon a very strong 2023 campaign where they blew away all expectations placed on them.

Going into the season, no one knew what to expect from the Packers, who had moved on from future Hall of Famer, quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Jordan Love was an unknown commodity and the team struggled out of the gate.

With the youngest roster in the NFL, some bumps in the road were expected. But, once they gained some experience and confidence, their performance on the field turned around. A 6-2 end to the regular season led to the final Wild Card spot being earned.

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Dallas Cowboys during Super Wild Card Weekend before giving the San Francisco 49ers everything they could handle. For the 2024 season, expectations are on the rise and Jim Wyman and Dalton Wasserman of PFF believe they will be met.

Wyman and Wasserman believe that the Green Bay Packers are going to surpass their listed win total of 9.5. It is hard to argue against that given the high note the team finished on last season and the upgrades that were made this offseason.

The offensive line depth, linebacker and safety have all been addressed. There are no glaring holes on the Green Bay Packers roster, as some veteran depth at a few spots is all the team is probably looking to fill the rest of the offseason. With a young, talented roster, this is a team that could make noise in the NFC for years to come.

For now, Wyman and Wasserman have ranked the Green Bay Packers at No. 13 when it comes to their roster. Given the youthfulness, there is still a hint of uncertainty surrounding the team but they can quickly move into the top 10 if they develop as expected.
