ASHWAUBENON - Fans who have waited 22 years for Heart to make a return visit to Green Bay will have to wait a little longer.

The band announced Tuesday it has postponed all of the remaining dates on its Royal Flush Tour, including a Nov. 22 concert at the Resch Center, as well as opening dates on the Journey and Def Leppard Summer Stadium Tour due to Ann Wilson's health.

The 74-year-old Wilson shared a statement:

"I underwent an operation to remove something that, as it turns out, was cancerous. The operation was successful & I'm feeling great but my doctors are now advising me to undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy & I've decided to do it. And so my doctors are instructing me to take the rest of the year away from the stage in order to fully recover. To the ticket buyers, I really do wish we could do these gigs. Please know that I absolutely plan to be back on stage in 2025. My team is getting those details sorted & we'll let you know the plan as soon as we can.

"Thank you all for the support. This is merely a pause. I've much more to sing."

Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson were back on the road for the first time in five years with the first leg of the Royal Flush Tour in April and May. It was scheduled to resume on Aug. 1 and continue into December.

Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets for the Resch show, featuring guests Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. More information to be announced in the coming weeks.

The Royal Flush Tour would be Heart's first visit to the Resch Center. The band last played Green Bay for its 2002 Summer of Love Tour as part of Oneida Bingo & Casino’s Pavilion Nights series.

The tour also included an Aug. 15 date with Cheap Trick at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
