In Hunter, Scribner’s Catskill Lodge welcomes a new chef and burger residency at Prospect, its onsite restaurant. Where there are mountains, there are lodges, but Scribner’s Catskill Lodge seeks to reinterpret the classic ski-centered resort. Built in 1996 and reopened in 2016 with a new perspective on hospitality, Scribner’s is Hunter’s premier 38-room mountain lodge.
