Newton High School Class of 2024 Celebrates Graduation - Part I
NEWTON, NJ—Surrounded by their friends, families and teachers, the Newton High School Class of 2024 graduated in perfect hot June weather, on Palmer Field on Monday, June 17. It was Newton High School Principal Kurt Waldron's final ceremony with the Braves. After 29 years in Newton, Waldron is also graduating to retirement. Newton High School Announces 2023-2024 Fourth Marking Period Honor Roll
NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School announced the students who have qualified for Honor Rolls for the fourth marking period of the 2023-2024 school year. Students who have a grade point average greater than or equal to 3.5 through 3.749 receive Cum Laude. Ideal Institute of Technology hosted I-Achieved Graduation for class of 2024
$100,000 in Scholarships Were Awarded to Graduates to Continue Education at Centenary University. More than 200 students at the Ideal Institute Entrepreneurship and Technology Hub received their diplomas at the I-Achieved Celebration Graduation, which was hosted at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. Ideal Entrepreneurship and Technology Hub, a state-of-the-art facility, brings together the best and the brightest minds from across the region to collaborate on new projects and ideas and provides students, faculty, and industry professionals with access to the latest technologies, resources, and networks that will help spur innovation and creativity. Many of these graduates were at risk of never completing a career education, but now they will celebrate the special success that comes with surmounting obstacles.
New Jersey Youth Corps of P’burg salutes 13 graduates from Warren County
Thirteen New Jersey Youth Corps members joyfully tossed their caps to the sky at a special graduation ceremony Wedneday at the Merrill Creek Reservoir Visitor Center. It was the culmination of their year, which was distinguished by dedicated effort to learning hard work, community fostering and personal development. From here on out they’ll be taking on the responsibility of being adults.
Goddard School in Parsippany Holds Heartwarming Pre-K Graduation Ceremony
PARSIPPANY—The Goddard School held its Annual Pre-K Graduation on Friday, June 28, at 311 Smith Road. Fourteen students graduated Pre-K and will start Kindergarten in September. The graduates included Aarnav Nagpal, Abhinav Soni, Dhishan Tkakor, Harshil Patel, Hunter Hogstra, Mia Vargas Villegas, Ojas Joshi, Sachi Bhat, Tyler Dendulk, Vihaan Rana, Dhaara Bagali, James Lin, Vedant Praveen, and Landon Imhof.

Their high school careers began amid the COVID-19 pandemic and included remote learning, a tropical storm that flooded the two towns and controversy involving both the school principal and district superintendent. It ended at Codey Arena on June 19 when the roughly 460 students of the class received their diplomas.
