The partial funding for a $200 million development on the Blair parking lot was in the Massachusetts House version of the bill approved last month. PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ - Members of the Passaic County Sheriff's Office, Fugitive Warrant Squad, conducted a "high risk fugitive warrant sweep" on Tuesday, resulting in four arrests. Rockquan Richburg, 22, was arrested in Jersey City and charged with Armed Robbery while Carlton P Hocutt, 30, was arrested in Paterson and charged with Robbery. Man admits defrauding victims in car theft, fraudulent resale scheme
NEW JERSEY – An Essex County man Tuesday admitted defrauding victims by orchestrating a multistate car theft and fraud ring, according to U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger. Warren Guerrier, 47, of Newark, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge William J. Martini in Newark federal court to an indictment charging him with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, Sellinger said.
Monroe Co. man accused of recording 2 juveniles, woman in bathroom with hidden cameras
E. STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- Court records out of Monroe County allege a 43-year-old man recorded two girls and an adult woman in the bathroom with hidden cameras. John Swineford, 43, of East Stroudsburg is accused of recording footage of a 17-year-old and 12-year-old without their knowledge. A woman, also known to the man, is listed as an additional victim in the documents.
