LA GRANDE– A Washington man was arrested for multiple charges after he was found drunk and lying in the middle of Interstate 84 near La Grande. According to Oregon State Police, On July 18 at approximately 1:36 p.m., Trooper Kainoa Delatori responded to reports of a male blocking traffic on the eastbound side of I-84. Upon arrival, law enforcement found that the individual had crossed to the westbound side and was lying in the interstate.
