The city celebrated the grand opening last week of the highly anticipated Strobel House, a $35 million facility to provide housing for people experiencing homelessness.Why it matters: Strobel House features 90 units, half of which will be dedicated to people experiencing chronic homelessness.The other half will be for unhoused military veterans, young adults and LGBTQ+ individuals.Flashback: The new facility is named in honor of the Rev.
