According to the Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity, this event will give new volunteers information about their mission, programs, and other opportunities. Those who attend will get the chance to meet Habitat supporters, learn about their history and impact, and understand how the organization’s contributions can make a difference in the community.

No prior experience is required and all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome to volunteer. The orientation will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at 412 Main Street in Greenfield.

“We’re thrilled to welcome new volunteers back to our in-person orientation sessions,” said
Nancy Bair, Volunteer Orientation Leader and Family Support Committee Chair of Pioneer
Valley Habitat for Humanity. “Volunteers are the heart of our organization, and their dedication
and support are crucial to helping us achieve our mission of building homes, communities, and
hope. Come to our in-person, New Volunteer Orientation, where you will meet other potential
volunteers as well as experienced PV habitat volunteers. Hear stories about how everyone
    involved in PVHH wins!”

This non-profit organization helps families build and improve places to call home with the belief that affordable housing plays a critical role in communities.
